They are good debuffers against boss. but i usually don't build more than one or two.

I don't think it is. There's nothing in toltip about that, only huanak can confirm.

but i guess mercurial debuff doesn't stack with wraith's, but it do stack with the darkpriest/meridian. boss atacking with very slow speed ftw
