 I didn't ask much about it but someone that helps with UC bot lead me to believe they were left a copy of the map to work with. I don't doubt them but I'm not going to mislead anyone into thinking they are working on a new version of their own without solid information. They mentioned creating a 4.2 version and I voiced my displeasure with lvl 34 and 35 in  V 3.5. Whether anything will come of it is unknown. I currently agree with the assumption that it is abandoned.

Prophet not being able to reroll wasn't an intended change was it? I always thought it was a bug in 3.5 until someone said it's how it was meant to be. I skimmed the notes and don't see it but I might be missing it. In B4 I see "fixed change builder bug" but I'm not sure if it's referring to prophet (and if it is last I remember it still didn't work).
