A couple things.

-ns is borked. I'm sure you know it, but it had to be said. Best mode ever, but if only it'd work.
Remove -li completely. It's a bad idea to keep it. Just slows down matches. It really does. -ns would prevent people from being merc as you have to save lumber over 10x round to survive as mech, so it's like li but better.

Undead-
T6 base might cost a bit much. Perhaps making it 300 gold base would make Undead a far more competitive race? At least to demi-human or element level of usablility.
