Highborne ability Empty Highborne ability

Isn't the healing/lightning thing supposed to move? I believe it did in the older versions, but in 3,4 this, it doesn't. Its really a problem since on ranged lvls no units gets heal and doesn't use lightning on the enemy

it will fixed. the range was too small
