trees are converting excess hp they gain to mana, and there is large mana surplus allowing them to spam few heals/damage in a row

i'll really should put another fix version (like this stupid debug trigger), but playing D3 takes all my free time Smile

anyway, keep reporting, i'll likely fix all at once (except if something require rewriting triggers several times and testing all day long, which takes... well, last time took 2 days

lol, again bug: kraken was a level 19 and killed all the tiers at the same time, tiers did not move. after start 20 lvl he met with the remaining tiers Very Happy

Goblin Bomber has siege anti-land attack AND chaos anti-air attack, but its upgrade tooltip says it only has siege attack.

auto-kick is a feature that may be as well implemented in near future... generally, i face some real-life problems (including "internetlessness" for about a week) and similar nice stuff, so map-working was slowed... to a halt. not permanently, and i hope there will be another bugfix version in near future and also another race - which i very well know shouldn't be priority (rather fixing existing problems) - but, it's just more probable that i make myself to do something relatively creative (though that process also contains *large* amount of click-wait-click-look-very-hardly-to-find-icon-curse-slow-cpu-etc), then to examine the code and look for possible solutions through prolonged and fun trial-and-error process...

anyhow, this is just to inform people that project isn't dead, rather conflicted with some reality time-consuming events

About the "there is going to be a lengthy lag period" message only appearing AFTER the lag:
I've discovered that if one player leaves during the loading period, the game writes "<playername> left the game" in the same way your code warns about the lag, and in this case your message is displayed before the lag. So maybe you need to flush stdout or something...Or wait a bit before pre-loading (or whatever it is you're doing) resources.

To all other non-team members:

Real life happened, and work on map was temporary stopped... Luckily, it is not stopped anymore, a new version is almost finished, adding a new race and should be soon released in public beta form - we are also likely to have a really high-quality hosting bot, active 24/7, courtesy of Saucer!

Many other changes are planned, and lots of OPTIONAL additions - new modes, random events etc - but rest assured, purist old-school version will be always available

This also applies to Revo, which is in balancing phase, hopefully reaching much higher balance than before. A bunch of new modes and options will be here, more than in X1 version - but likely not in beta.

Anyhow, things are moving again, after a (long, and hopefully healthy) pause...

I don't have any official information. HuanAK was meaning to take a break from map-making when Diablo 3 gets out - pretty same as I did. It is possible that he returns to MEGA at some point, but I have no information when it could happen (it took more than a year for me). The fact that he didn't left open code for others map-makers to continue with, or officially made quitting anouncement, indicates that he probably didn't completely left project, just taking a break - but I have no idea for how long.

Things are moving along quite nicely.

We are about half way through in reaching a major milestone for the Revo map.

And by "we", I mostly mean the two other guys Wink  They are doing some great work.

When we get there, I'll fix the modes and various other technical details for both the Pro and Revo maps. Then we'll see a new test version of Revo and probably Pro as well.

The X1 things are von Oberstain's department, so that's up to him. But I think a new Pro release would make sense soon.

As for myself, I'm currently working to get the new website up'n'running and my own personal army of highly customized Legion TD bots, as von Oberstain talked about.

(And as I mentioned in the other thread, huanAK passed on a copy of the Mega map to me before he left. I'm currently arranging that development can continue on that map as well. But that's another topic on its own.)

Von Oberstain has sent me an update for the Pro map. I don't know if this is the new version you've been talking about, but I guess it is.

I'll make a few technical adjustments and then release it.

Yes, it is ready. Link will be posted in day or two, cause of bug-fix during the testing. It contains new race, fix to corrupted nature poison-bug, and elite barrack balancing. Next revision will probably be rather 'revolutionary' - some very old core principles are going to change, and major revisiting of most-useless units will be done - all precise and with good measure, of course. Link is coming very soon - tomorrow, at most.
