if u send all your guys but still have extra money and u see u r losing can we add that u can send as many guys as possible but after the round starts they will be sent and not come back.

not sure of what you're asking, but I'm guessing the translation is:
"It is possible to add a feature that make you able to buy units after the round start, so that when you realize you haven't built enough, you may avoid leaking?"

if I'm correct, the answer is:

No.

I think he also adds that you could build them but lose them after level is completed.
